By creating an sp999 account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. sp999 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable.
You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of sp999's services is lawful in your country, province, or jurisdiction. sp999 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific location, including Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing sp999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani phone number. You may hold only one (1) active sp999 account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or device are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. You must not register using false identities, third-party identities, or automated tools.
sp999 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon review of account activity. KYC documents may include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

sp999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability at any given time. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. sp999 reserves the right to modify available payment methods without prior notice. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. sp999 is not obligated to provide advance notice of account closure in cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or legal compliance requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sp999 holds its applicable operating licence.
